Refund policy


30-Day Guarantee Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by emailing hello@seasonsfoundry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.  All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

  3. Affix the shipping label with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package, and ship it back to us at the address provided.

  4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our 30-day guarantee refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. It does not apply to custom orders, personalized items, or products that have been used or damaged after receipt. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
