Authenticity Guarantee

Seasons Foundry guarantees the authenticity of every pre-owned designer item we sell. Each item is carefully reviewed before being offered for sale, and qualifying luxury items are authenticated using an independent third-party authentication service.

If you believe an item purchased from Seasons Foundry may not be authentic, please contact us with your order number, photographs of the item and a description of your concern. Authentication concerns are reviewed separately from ordinary condition-based return requests.

We may request an evaluation from an approved independent authentication provider. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all Seasons Foundry tags and identifying materials intact. The item’s identifying characteristics must match our original listing and authentication records.

If the item is determined to be inauthentic, Seasons Foundry will provide a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping charges. We will also reimburse reasonable authentication costs when the evaluation was completed by a mutually recognized professional authentication service and documentation is provided.
